The National Service Program teenagers doing community service. In order to maintain relationships with the local communities, National Service Scheme (NSS) students at KIT participate in year-round programmes, events, and camps. Every citizen has a natural responsibility to work for the wellbeing of their neighbouring communities; doing so is not a choice. The NSS volunteers of KIT have internalised this moral.
In order to improve living conditions for all, KIT volunteers have as their primary goal an understanding of the community and their place within it.
